Japara Newport Lakes Aged Care is a four-storey, state of the art aged care facility whose design is in line with modern, quality apartment buildings, rather than traditional aged care-built forms.
Partnering with Hansen Yuncken, Caruso Bricklaying completed the Intricate ‘Sawtooth’ Brickwork facade design spanning over three levels. The Brickwork facade to the building was the main focus of the overall appearance for Crosier Scott Architects and promotes wellbeing, openness with an opened mind approach to the ever-evolving aged care demographic.
